Withdrawal

• Before withdrawing a student from the school, a calendar months’ notice is to be given. Leaving certificate will be issued only on receipt of written application from the parents/guardians along with requisite fees for it and after all the dues, including the tuition fees for the whole year, to the school have been paid in full
• Name of a pupil who fails in the same class for two consecutive years or twice in three consecutive years will be struck off the rolls and considered withdrawn. The same applies to students who are too old to repeat the class.
• Name of pupils who have been absent from school for a period of over 10 days without prior permission are liable to be struck off the rolls and may not be readmitted.
• Irregular attendance, habitual idleness and neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect to members of the school staff or bad moral influence will result in removal of the students from the school.
• The school authorities may of their discretion ask any parent, any time to take his/her ward out of school.
